Ok, since I'm not voting in this challenge, and it's driving me up the wall, I'm awarding bluebirds to my 10 favorite shots. I'll post them in the posthumous awards thread after the challenge is over, but I just couldn't wait until then!

I said on another shot that I liked the dreamlike quality. This is even dreamier! Wonderful color. Awesome shot! Incredible background! Very nice!!

This photo has a lovely texture and feel. The contrast is superb and the tack sharp focus on the bird's head really sets this image off nicely. This photo does convey a lot of motion but I think it would be even stronger in terms of this challenge if the entire bird was included in the frame. At any rate, its a beautiful piece of work :)

Although the bird is flying it feels more like it is swimming in the ocean. I like the bluegreen background!
