 This is a day lily seed pod on a dying bush that has become hollowed out and dried; I was surprised by how interesting the image was to me when I viewed it, although it looks like a deranged bug with raisins melting out of its eyes -lol. Cropped, sharpened the least bit, and resized for challenge.

It is hard to tell whether this photo is a product of advanced editing, or just hustle and good luck. The photographer gives new life to a malange which is past season.

Not a bug, but not very interesting either I'm afraid. Bugs are fine so long as they are well shot in my opinion.

There is too much going on in this, with the viewer left unsure what is the focal point. Image is a little noisy.
