 Hand held camera, hand held flash off camera using sync cord and soft diffuser box aimed at ceiling. Changed levels, added layer with sort of sepia-tone paint bucketed and adjusted transparency.

Hmmm.. A look into someone's life?? Is this an image of sadness? I'm looking for something that makes this shot fit the challenge and I don't see it.
