 Went to a spooky abandoned monastery in the mountains that was abandoned due to serious earthquake damage. Found a head of an idol that had been left there. Hung the head up with thin wire that was lying around. Added a little fill flash to add to the very directional ambient light, particularly on the right of the head.

In Lightroom, cropped to square, lowered the saturation, upped the contrast.

In Photoshop, darkened the area around the head in order to make the head stand out more. Cloned out the wire from which the head was hanging. Added a border.

Can't help but be critical of the placement of the head in this shot. Is it too central? Anyway...

ghost... scared the $ out of me, but not empty room... maybe without the mask and wider angle would make this an interesting empty room
