I took this shot nearly a year ago, Ive learned quite a bit since then, but I stil love this candid shot. Thanks for commenting.

Looks like you were a victim of people adhering too closely to the "rules" of composition! With the expression on this chaps face, he should be about to hit the frame! Ahh, well, you know the voters....when in doubt, it must be a 5.

Ok this Lil Boi coming home from school. Nice But the background is Toe Up. Blur the background out and you would get a better photo. Then make this picture more a portrait and it would be kool because of the way his body is positioned

He needs to be further back in the frame, give him some space to skate into. Thats a cardianl rule for composition - an action shot has to have room for the action to move into. Try it and see what a difference it makes
