 A cropped photo of a Chinese relaxation ball shot against a blue background. Then using PSE2, I used poster edges, Gaussian blur, lighting effects, and liquify.

pretty blues- which is the point but the moon is a bit much

Nice shades of blue here in the background at least. I'm not so big on the moon's fill. It looks like some photoshop filling in of the moon if I'm not mistaken... there are jaggies around the fill that don't fit with the blurriness of the background, and it's just a little to smooth to fit the graininess of the rest of the image.

It's a bit out of focus. I do like the blue background, however.
