Too bad about the motion blur. Even though it is highly sharpened, the blur is still visible and distracting.

I don't know if it's really blurred but it looks like it is (maybe you cropped too much?). It could be a very good photo, but it deserves a better quality. Besides, I would have framed the whole nose.
