The shooting conditions were not good. Massive crowds, lots of pushing, no tripod (no way you could possibly use one in the crowds), very dark, and they were 100 feet in the air and the whole thing was spinning. So no matter what the score, I'll still be proud of the shots I got.

I suspect that people thought I cloned out the ropes, hence the validation request. There is no vignette. What you see if what I shot except for some very basic editing (hue/sat, crop, various sharpening techniques, etc). I feel like I'm being punished because people don't understand or think I shot with the other person who has the same performer in their shot. BTW - I can't wait to see who it is because I had no clue.

Vignette is a little heavy for me on this shot. I don't think the ropes leading up would have hurt it.

How interesting, another photo of this performance. While the other photo is better technically, I think this one suits the square crop theme better.
