Fall River braces to contain the Spring runoff. Of course, the obvious subject is RIVER BANK. Not sure this will be obvious to some. I do expect someone to ask "Where's the Bank?"

0.6 & 0.9 soft grad ND filters.

One image, of course. As a sidebar, I tried to top this image with HDR image blend of three images. This single image looks better.

Wow! Somebody is off their meds. What a rant!

For those who are interested in why I don't mark the comments of two people as helpful, it is an agreement I have with one of the SC members from more than a year ago. The agreement is that I totally ignore two people. That includes ignoring their comments. They are entitled to their opinions and their votes. But, I have promised to ignore and will continue to do so.

Still don't have what it takes to put a reply in the comments below - where all can see forever (as long as I quote them) so you put your little "meds" comments safely tucked into the description where you can delete with no record.

....and I thought you were going to ignore me?

Oh...like I said, I'll have to post a screen shot whenever I leave a post.

Lovely shot. Congrats on the HM.

I will NOT examine each photo in a challenge to see if I should comment on it or not...DURING THE CHALLENGE...That is insane for you to ask me to do such a thing.

My god, you're still trying to change the facts. I commented on your photo DURING the challenge. It is YOU who made a comment in your description that prompted my reply because you put the date and time on the description....ALL POINTING TO MY COMMENT MADE DURING THE CHALLENGE.

You are the one who should not add sly remarks and not expect a reply. You deleting your comments from your description AFTER I commented is VERY dubious.

I will continue to comment on any photos during any challenges. I can't help it if yours happens to be one that I comment on. I would suggest that YOU learn to take comments in stride and not moan and call people out by TIMESTAMPING your comments. You should have the guts to comment back DIRECTLY. The sneaky way you commented in your description of your photo and then deleted it was very inflamatory.

You also say you will ignore my comments....you have said that on more than several occasions....PLEASE DO IT THIS TIME.

And don't wish me luck in my activities....it's just another veiled comment to make you look like the good guy.

I highly recommend you boycott my images by never adding comments to my stuff in the future. There are many other members who would appreciate your focused attention to their photography.

The only solution for me is to totally ignore your comments. You are entitled to your opinions and voting scale. Good luck in all your activities in the future.

Lol....I see you took out the whole reference to the last minute low vote in the photo description. Now it REALLY looks like you are trying to get someone booted.....hmmmm maybe ill complain about you!

Its very sad that you can't even stand by your own comments when someone offers a fair and winning reply. You actually cut your comment and ran.....all the while screaming "kenskid is screwing with me unfairly". Its also sad that ill now have to take screenshots everytime I reply to you in order to defend my comments when you go complain......SAD SAD SAD.

Edit: Well for what it's worth to any who may happen upon this comment thread:

I voted in the last four minutes. Hahn included in his photo comments that someone gave him a "low" score in the last four minutes. I then replied with my screen shots showing that I gave him a fair and honest score.

His reply to that post was something like "hey thanks for the 5 vote at the last minute, very haunting".

I since have seen that he deleted his original comment from his photo description. This is very dubious behaviour on Richard's part.

BEWARE: IF YOU COMMENT ON ANYTHING WRITTEN OR PHOTOGRAPHED BY RICHARD....MAKE A SCREENSHOT FOR BACKUP !

Well I see that you edited out your remark on "giving you a 5 in the last minute" and I was too late to include it in my reply. However...ill keep my reply the same. Looks like you're trying to change the tone of the discussion to make it look like im harassing you. Well go complain.

What does it matter if it was last minute or your first vote? Either way it counts the same.

Also....a 5 is not a low vote. Look at the winners and the dq in squares. They are surely worth one or two points higher than your entry.

EDIT: Well it seems Richard cut and ran after he mentioned his displeasure on receiving a low vote in the last four minutes. Sorry but this post may NOT make sense to someone just happening upon it...He as since deleted his comment AFTER I made my comments..but I will not delete.

Well since I was timed in on my comment at four minutes to go, I guess I have to post what I gave you...

I gave a 5. Your second highest vote tally. You can't always get 7s and 8s.

And further, here is the previous vote for the square challenge:

Hmmm....A 6 -- Dead on with your MODE average.

Let's put the "people mark me lower because they know who I am issue" to rest.

EDIT: This is a VERY helpful post so you should tag it as such.

I knew this was yours so I didn't vote. It was an awesome image, well deserving of an H.M.!

Anticipation....? At first I thought that was something on the left trying to cross. I thought the anticipation was alluding to that. However, after looking, it doesn't seem like that is the case.

I hope I'm not missing something here. Sometimes a title can make the photo but sometimes it can hurt.

Now on to the photo. We have so many great landscapes from time to time...I tend to vote lower if something doesn't match up to the great ones! This one is fine for a composition but could be toned up a little. I looks a little flat in the contrast.

Oh well....it gets a fair score anyway.

Edit: I'll take 5s all day.

RNMP? I can tell that because I have taken this same shot a couple years ago. Looking west towards Trail Ridge Road. And now we are expecting rain and snow for the next two days, will Spring ever get here? Well balanced shot.
