Like little aliens have landed for play lunch. Whole new dimension here. |

Blurry, but the light is magical! |

A blurry snapshot indeed! Nothing wrong with that description. :) |

I must not be in touch with my artsy side today, because I'm just not feeling this. It just seems like a blurry snapshot. You're one of my favorite photographers on this site, so it's not that I don't like your style. I'm not able to pull any kind of meaning or purpose out of this photo.
I hope this comes across as honest and not bitchy... |

And just like that, I'm 9 yrs old again, wading through a hazy memory of recess. Don't know how you did it, but it's wonderful. |

Glad it's not just me who is 9 weeks behind! (Or maybe I'm only 8!)
I haven't used my LB pinhole for ages. The crummy mess of dust on my sensor has been putting me off, but I bit the bullet and cleaned it last night. Amazing the difference, so I'm back in action.
Love the streaming sunlight. the effect is excellent |

Very cool! It has a really otherworldly vibe to it...at least for me it does. |

A sunshower bathing them, saturating their heads with light. A pretty good analogy of what should happen in a school. I like the familiar huddle of children combined with their anonymity. |

looks similar to the lensbaby flare that you can get without the pinhole - but more diffuse. will keep an eye out for your other images using this technique and optic. |

The light on the tops of their heads makes them look like seeds to me. In a way...I suppose they are. The light of knowledge is raining down on them, their minds will sprout & grow. A lensbaby is such a fun thing. I really should use mine more. You are my inspiration! |

When walking about with a pinhole I will set the shutter speed to 1/20-1/50. I adjust the exposure with the ISO. I like noise, so the high ISO is great. This image is 1/50 @ ISO 5000 at f/177.

I love the light streaming down from above.
What was the exposure on this? I would have thought that it would be hard to hold a Muse steady enough for the long exposures required for a pinhole shot or even a zone plate.
