| I think you have to get closer (or more crop) to make it more abstract. Still, it's a wonderful colored flower. |

| I think a tighter crop can make it less recognizable as a flower, and maybe more of an abstract. |

| Hmm, I don't really see this as an abstract, even though I often do see abstracts in perfectly recognizable subjects. I love the image, so the emotional response is there. Btw, peonies are one of my most favourite flowers. |
