Last minute comments. I bumped this one up from an 8 to a 9. I think this may be the first nine I've given out for a flower shot. Very creative and interesting. Hope you do well.

Very neat composition although I wish you had just a bit more DOF. The container and floor are just a little too fuzzy to my liking. Good work. Keep it up.

Beautiful colors and great DOF. Makes me want to take another look. That means it is a good photo. I like it enough as to give it a 10.

Nice shot. Very well done technically. For a macro challenge, it might have been better to get right on the flower and even cut off some of the petals and make it fill the upper third of the frame.

I think this is a risky photo for this challenge. It doesn't feel like a macro shot to me. That being said, i really like it. The sharp focus on the flower and soft blurring of all else is powerful. It has high emotional impact. Terrific!

Even though the flower is in focus, the stem keeps bringing my eye to the vase as the main focal point of the image. With the vase beeing so OOF, it's kinda distracting.
