 The sun had just come out, the rain had just stopped, when I came upon these flowers in the Bog at the botanical garden. Tuff to get a good camera angle, because the flowers are looking at the ground, because it's a Bog & you have to keep your feet on the stepping stones, & because it's in the deep shade under the trees. I like the angle on this cos it shows the underside of the balloon-like feature in the center of the flower. But I think if you don't already know what you're looking at, you could miss it. So this will score low. Oh, well.

I know how annoying it is when people score pictures low without commenting, so here is my reason for giving this a 3:

I really like this flower, the colours seems to be lovely and I bet it is gorgeous. The angle the ohoto is taken from doesn't really show how pretty this flower is though.

It's a bit out of focus and it's way too much going on in the background.

I think this is the underside of the flower...not sure...personally I would like to see the top of this

I see what you tried to do there, but I just don't think it worked out. The plant itself is too dark.
