Didn't mind the missing bottom, but there does seem to be a bit too much on top, which doesn't add anything to the composition. I didn't take that into consideration when I gave this image an 8. I think a lot of voters overlooked minor technical problems because of the minimal editing rule.
This is a fascinating photo, since it is such an odd configuration for a wheel chair, and as you said, the teddy bear backpack. I seems so much less personal to pull it this way, than to be close behind pushing, almost in contact with the rider. |

Solid 6 from me, Wen. My only issue is the cutting off of the bottom portion. In other words, you aimed too high. ;-) |

The teddy bear backpack is hilarious :)
I like the way the lines work in this image. The guy standing merges with the fence to make the sitting guy really stand out. |

An interesting moment in time kinda shot. I like the enterprising adaptation to the young man's wheelchair. |

I like the simplicity of this and the expressions. You managed the exposure quite well. Composition isn't bad, but watch your framing. This would be far more effective had the bottom of the photo not been cut out of the shot when shooting. You don't need all of the trees in the background. Maybe framed to go through the middle of the top branch in the upper left, still keeping part of it for effect, but including all of the feet and the wheels. Or, frame with top being directly above the bottom branch. This would also make the top of the fence not a dead center horizon. :) |

Wow.. what a, shocking setting. I wish the feet and wheels wouldn't have gotten cut off. |

My favorite of the "random people walking" genre. The poles just make you imagine and wonder a bit. 8 |
