I really like the glow on the background leaf, but it distracts slightly from the smaller version. It would've been nice to have the small leaf slightly sharper or brighter/darker to highlight it a touch more.
Background leaf looks like a surreal landscape with a forked road. I want to dive in and go exploring :).
Gave it an 8, probably deserved a 9 in retrospect.

Beautiful. This one is a winner to me. The lighting and composition are great. This is simply a beautiful image. It offers suggestions of delicacy and strength at the same time. I find this image to be so evocative. It could be used to express themes ranging from science to art or from nature to religion. Well Done and Good Luck. |

I like the colors of the big leaf, but I almost lose the smaller leaf in the picture |

Neat idea but think if they were just alike and side by side this would of had more impact. Just my thoughts. |

No offense, but you have two different types of leaves instead of a miniature version of the larger one. I do like the detail of the large leaf, miniature is the subject and shouldn't that leaf be in focus |

Lovely back lighting on larger leaf but the small front one is too much in shadow. I wonder if it would be possible to bounce a touch of light onto that small leaf without losing the backlit effect on the larger? 6 |

Beautiful crisp detail on the main leaf background. The lighting is fantastic. Way to go on making a traditionally "boring" subject very appealing! |
