It is a great moment, the bee appears not focused..i would personally crop it closer to the subject as the green appear a bit distracting

Bee pictures are slight difficult to get and I commend you. However, the focus seems to be more on the flower stem vs. the bee or the flower itself.

Very busy with all that distracting background -- the bee almost gets lost. I think it would be more effective with a shallower DOF.
