 Obviously not taken in September, but with the way spring has been going in the northern parts of Wisconsin, this is pretty much how it will look near the end of summer. The high amount of rain and very low temperatures have stunted growth for the spring. I would estimate that the level of growth is only about 60% of a normal year. Throw in a quick hue adjustment to shift greens towards red, and you get a fall scene :)

The only part I don't like on this photo is the hand railing. It seems out of place being that the rest of the image is crystal clear. I love the colors though. They really bring a nice warm feeling to the photo. The stairs are nice too leading the eye upward.

I really like the colors, and textures of this image. I think it fits the month well, also. It seems like such a pretty place to be at!

I love the photo with the exception of the board in the fore ground, other than that I feel the look and feel of the shot would make it a nice calendar image.

Perfect except for that rail in the foreground. I know what you going for but to out of focus. I'll give it a good score.
