 ...basic editing. All edge blur-ness done "in camera". Arriving at just the right pose in just the right light...lots and lots of patience.

Really people who will do what I want them to do in front of a camera have become impossible to find, so I've made my own...doesn't matter if we can actually see them or not.

not voting, but this is a great picture!! The colors and mystery make this an eye catcher!! I'm not a huge fan of the crop and I wish the top of the dress was more in focus/ easier to see, in keeping with the arms of the dress. Regardless this is a great picture! If I could vote... 8.

It's fascinating how the bottom of the dress looks like a haunting flame of some sort. Almost as if a ghost of a woman who died in a a house fire.
