I think you were dealt with a little harshly, only ending up with a 5.2 for this one. It was pretty obvious to me that this was a long exposure light trail, but maybe not quite so obvious to others. I thought you created an intersting shot all the same.

great depth here, it may have already been said, but isn't a cat's eye a bit more oval and pointy- just a picky comment- love the color.

Kind of a cool effect. Beyond the effect, I'm not seeing a lot of value in the image (I'm not trying to be mean, just being honest).

Obvious tripod use: Medium. I assume this is done via light painting, but the gritty nature of the lines combined with the concentric circles makes it hard to tell if it is light painting or just some sort of object that is lit.

Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 4
Unfortunately, the object is unidentifiable. If it's string or yarn, shooting handheld with a light source could have yielded the same shot.
