Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 3
First off, might I suggest not titling your shot with your ISO? You could have shot wide open with a f/1.2 lens and a 1/10 sec shutter. It appears your camera exposed for the sky leaving all other objects in silhouette. The water is difficult to see and the clouds appear stationary. If one of those two subjects showed smoothing or blur, it would be obvious a tripod was used. |

It's unfortunate that high ISO is causing the noise in the upper right. That is really distracting me away from the beautiful silhouette.
