 Well Bev drove and we want to Franklin Square and I did the fountain there against the moving carousel. But the lights on the carousel were all white and the images screamed for color. I'll call the city tomorrow and tell them to fix that.
So we went to Logan Circle and I shot the Swann Fountain framing City Hall in the Background. Eh. But Bev loves it so I'm going with it. She just parked by the circle and a cop asked her if she was OK. She thought him awfully nice. Meanwhile I was acosted by someone, who was alledgedly mental, accusing me of taking his picture as he walked by. I waited until he was by to click. We had several words. Many were in French in which I am sometimes fluent.

Yay Philly! Love that city! I like how you were able to capture both the softness of the water and yellow eye of the clock tower.

Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 10

Beautiful use of lines and arches.

Obvious tripod use: Very high. There is no way I can see to get this kind of smooth movement in the water and sharp stationary details without a tripod.
