Crop, Straighten, Levels, clone / blemish fix to fix eyes, noses, and remove stray hairs & misc. goobers, Topaz Color Blast, sharpen, resize, unsharp mask, save for web.
If I'm not mistaken, this is the same care bear as in my original All My Children (perhaps not the exact same toy). Comments (the few there were) on the original was to lose the on-camera flash, don't chop off arms/legs, and maybe zoom in closer. So, we'll see if that merits better than the original's sub-4.0 score...
