 Didn't take many shots this month, and wanted to enter something, so took another of my Tripod shots that I liked.

I had to look at this for a while to realize you shot from behind he fountain. It looks like the fountain jets are in the river.

I think you would be happier with a shot from the river walk, as you get the lights reflecting off the water. I might also suggest cropping to lose more of the sky, as the key to this shot is the lights of the city.
