 candid shot of a little girl who reminded me beautiful Ben's girls, in the middle of a bright day on the beach, with a 10-stop ND filter, and some panning motion

posthumous was the only one who commented on the odd heart-like vignette (especially noticeable in the thumbnail). It was not intentional, I did not darken the corners manually. At first I was not very happy about it, even thought maybe I should fix it by some dodging, but then kind of made peace with it, even found some romantic symbolism in a girl being encased in a heart that is pierced by the surf dagger :)

What a wonderful shot - I wish I had gotten around to commenting on all the photos because this one is fascinating .. she does, as others have commented, look like she has a tail --- what a story that could be conjured up in an active imagination regarding this shot .. it's excellent and I would have given it at least an 8.

I like the vaguely heart-shaped vignette in spite of myself. The form of the runner, combined with reflection, is quite intriguing, and I like how dark you went with this.
