I find this to be your most interesting photo. There is really some good motion between the gate, the leading lines, the shadows, and your model. The mood in terms of colour fits nicely to the mood in her face. And I love the light,partial as it is, with all teh shadows, all over her body and face. |

Lovely picture, the lighting composition and the feel of soltitude is really charming. Hopefully you will do much better next time. Nice work

Voted eralier, returning for comments.
Yes, the VP is certainly implied and the human form gives the image an extra boost. |

Great shot with good range of lighting levels. The model looks a little bit stranded in the middle though...how about cropping the bottom to just below her feet as our eye is pulled to where she has come from....not where she is going??? |

I just wondered about the many vanishing point photos that were so boring because of the lack of a 'real' point of interest. Adding some human interest would work and voila, I was presented this photo;
Like the composition (use of person & positioning in frame+shadow box, angle),
shadows (lines lead, texture of the fence on the floor),
lighting (shadows/ person's body & face).
Another interesting factor is the balance between the purple pants in the foreground and the purple floor in the background. The purple works well with the yellow/orange (natrium light?).
The vanishingpoint leads back to the person again and that is cool. |

Ok challenge picture, but you captured a good emotion shot. I would give this up as an entry and crop to focus on the girl. |

I like the colours but the dof could be improved and the composition. |

This is very good, I like how you have put emotions into your vanishing point, Only thing is that she has hot spots on her shirt and forehead But I dont think its a big problem in this picture, Good luck :) |

hi I dont really think this is acurate to the theme but i think the pic is wondeful, the atmosphere, light, shadows, mystery, the girls expression and posture is great |

Odd title. There is something to the light on your model, but the vanishing point seems incidental to the composition. Not to the scene, you understand, as the extension of that bridge/alleyway thing is obviously useful in giving locational information, but the fact of the distance and convergence suggested by the distance seems entirely incidental to the scene. 6 |

A real sense of loneliness is wonderfully portrayed here. |
