I can see that the horizon is approximately 1/3 of the way up, but the tower is so central to this composition that it spoils the rule of thirds concept for me. Had you placed it in 1/3 from one side I would have given you a higher score. (Giving you 6)

I really enjoy this photo and how all the cables come to a center point. But in this challenge, that center point is really hurting this photo, since it's not at all following the rule of thirds in my mind.
