Love the WA view and the way you handled the crowd. Processing is spot on!

Lovely black and white, a great sense of scale, the PP is very well done.

I really like the feel of this shot. Most stadium shots either capture the small proportion of humans or the large scale of the stadium but you've done both very nicely and the b/w really works.

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: What an atmosphere. I feel warm just looking at the image. The tones and sharpness in the lower half of the image are superbly presented. The composition too is masterful, affording the image with hug he depth.

Critical stuff: That little triangular gap in the clouds at the top of the image. It distracts a little and would easily be cloned.

Overall: Very nicely made indeed.

Great perspective, the people on the right bring a welcome personal touch to the scene.

Clean and crisp. So much to view in this image, i particularly like the leading lines of the outfield and the fella looking to his right in the f/ground.

I love how the lines of the grass show up so clearly in the black and whit.

Great tones. Super sharp. Excellent contrast between the lights and the white sky. Not a Sox fan, but this is a great photo.

Very nice use of WIDE. And nice touch to put it in monochrome, too.

Nice wide view, looks good in black and white. Would like to see more faces and fewer backs.

An oustanding view, if could just avoid the closer crowd on the right...
