| Good fit for the challenge. Cure expression from the kid. I can see how this relates to the title. Great. I think the blue water portion at the bottom of the frame is too much. I would have cropped some more at the bottom to show more of the people and some water around the kid. |

| That floating cup in background draws me away from the main subject. Good composition with just a little of the man so as to support the main subject but not overpower it. Great expression of subject and good focus. I'd crop bottom almost at kids hand and crop some water off the right side and get the kids head off dead center in the photo. You might also "flip" the photo so the man is on the right side of the photo so when the eye comes in from the left of the photo it sees the kid first and the man last. |
