 Ingredients:

1 cucumber
1/2 spoon gin (used Dutch jenever for that)
67.5 ml creme fraiche
salt and pepper
125 gr. (dutch) shrimps
chives

Preparation:
- Wash the cucumber, cut in half (length), remove the seeds with a spoon, cut the 2 halves in 6 pieces.
- Mix the gin and the creme fraiche. Add some salt and pepper. Add the shrimps to it and mix it.
- Cut the chives in pieces of 3 cm.
- Fill the cucumber with the salad and add the chives to it.

A remake of one of the photos I made for my SoFoBoMo book.

I like the composition and this looks very good. The lighting may be a little too high key but it could be the monitors I'm using to view it.

Nice stock feel to it. I probably would have figured out a way to make the shrimp be more recognizable. Less dressing probably - at least for the image. As it is without the title I wouldnt know what they were. Clean image though.
