This is the inside of a large industrial complex, the old RC Cola plant here in Miami.. The around surrounding the plant has become an art hot spot in recent years, with tons of street art, and many really great galleries.

For me however, this building is the epicenter of that movement, largely because of the underground nature of the work here, you are almost certainly trespassing, since you have to crawl under a gate where some wire has been cut just enough to get through. Funny enough the place has been used in another entry of mine too, but this one from the outside looking in.

And here's what greets you just inside the gate:

Here's another view of the inside area:

The girl with the flamingo was done by an artist named Tatiana Suarez (Tatu). The original piece from 2009 can be seen here.

A different artist, Wormizm added his own tag sometime this year (2011). This is an excellent example of artists respecting others work, and adding to the work without "hating".

What's even more amazing is that the tree in this photo was completely chopped back (all the way) a few months ago - a very good illustration of just how fast stuff grows down here!

Nice find. Although there's lots of cool stuff to see, I don't think it all fits in one shot. Might consider, for instance, cropping out most of what is to the right of the lady on the wall, for a tighter composition.

I love this shot! The Graffiti is just over the top weird. A lone tire and a lone chair top it off. I estimate a top 3 finish.

Like: Everything: finally nice graffiti, makes a boring abandoned building a little more interesting.
Dislike: Nothing.
