Yeah, on my monitor it is sharp and not blown out. I think the issue is with other member's monitors. Mine is a huge beautiful iMac that is calibrated. If you zoom into the actual pixel size it is tack sharp and not blown out.

I like the reference :)

Composition is good, but the lighting is too harsh and it overblew the highlights of the picture. Also, the focus is a bit off.. or maybe you just need a bit more sharpness.

I love the concept, the colors, and the pose. I think this would have been perfect if the exposure/brightness was down a bit.
