 Wellll I've never tried a softish B/W before. Probaly will get slaughtered. The hubs said this one out of 3 I had so I can blame it one him. Night photo with an F:24 I think it was around 55 seconds (with out looking) I thought it was funny the sign says Up Town Apartments for rent, yet the windows are broken out some open and the door is open, looks like a good place for some CHEAP apartment space!!

My brother owns this building and it is NOT abandoned and I don't appreciate ... just kidding!
