 Viewed from the mast of the SV Wahine, looking toward the north. It's a mile around the top of the fort, and it is 70 miles from Key West, out in the Gulf of Mexico.
It's a big brick pile, 16 million of them.

The water is really lovely. It looks lie the fort occupies all of the land that's not under water. Great shot!
