 Actually not a rose but I have no idea what the flower is, these flowers are pretty colorful and they blow in the wind easily which helps gets the abstract blur, that and hand holding the camera for a long exposure. Hope you enjoy it.

I love the mesh of colors. It makes me think of brightly colored tulle all jumbled together.
