 There was a road being built and the gutters were being cleaned up and inevitably it rained.. like mad. Ended up a disaster for anyone trying to cross the road. I decided to take pictures of the splashes the cars were making and these guys caught my attention.. I was also walking through the muddy water so I can honestly say, not a good experience.
