This appears to be a color-shifted, or inverted shot of a sink with NEON sprayed in shaving cream.
It might have worked better in sharper focus and if you had taken a second to remove the bottle of handsoap which adds nothing to this idea. I'm not sure there would be much improvement, however. It's not a shot I would suggest attempting a second time. I'm not finding much of interest to capture my attention and I'm not a fan of 'negative' images. I will give you credit for using your imagination to create a neon effect. |
