A commentary of America's struggles. Are we losing the ebb and flow of what makes this country great? Like the 4 piece composition, plaza, drained bed, monument and sky. Really draws the eyes.

Yes, apparently there was, and at this point they have been working on it for a year or so, and will continue for a while longer.
