We really kicked butt in this challenge. My Nikon shot beat your Canon shot by about .03 LOL : )
This is simple and pretty. I'm not sure what would have happened if you had shot or cropped it to only the subject. That probably would have opened it up to a possible DQ.
My entry was a last minute "look through the week's shots and see what fits" item. It was not shot with the challenge in mind.
