Thanks for the great comment pixelpig, very much appreciate it.
I am truly perplexed by the 1 and 2 scores though. I appreciate flowers are not to everyone's taste and the shot hasn't been post-processed to death, but really? |

If there was such a thing as street photography for flowers, this would be it. Like the one face in the crowd that happens to be in focus is also looking directly into your lens, without seeing you. And you just happen to already have your finger on the trigger. "D Plus, that clear diffused light is letting all the many subtleties through. If I get a shot like this it's usually the first one I take, before I start thinking about it. Please accept this Gilded Lily & my compliments for a job well done.
