Yeh i'd agree with pixel pig, try it looking over the fence next time might add some interest with the reflections? nice image anyhow |

Haha you're out late, for a school night. The dark underbelly has shadows at night that are worth the effort. I'm interested in "trying to nail this shot" because I do much the same thing. It'd be hard to concentrate with a security guard nearby. I don't know how you're going to deal with the contrast between the dark underbelly & the white lights. You might have to resort to HDR or tone mapping. FWIW I'm always attracted to the reflections on the water, so I'm looking for more of that. And the fence in the FG is a composition problem for me. I wish you the best of luck in getting this one--luck is a big part of it! |

Wonderful night photo. I like the iron structures in the top (of the photo). The building in the bottom left is somewhat blown out, but I'm not sure if you can do anything about that. |
