I'm a little disapointed how this picture did in the challenge.
The mask actually has green neon color and glows in the dark.
I only saturated it a bit.

I can't believe it! This is an outrage! 58th? I'm sorry but this was far greater than any other. My #1 for Neon.

That is VERY neon! I really like it a lot. It's creative & looks like a lot of thought went into it. I can see it as a big poster in a teenager's room.
