I love that sweep of light running through the middle. This gives me the feeling of seeing something for the first time and I love that sensation. |

Powerful composition.
ETA: A conversation popped up about your image...my response to why I like it. . .
"I definitely enjoyed the processing, although I understand the comment about the center of the frame. I saw it as a source of distance. Kept me from the people, consistent with cultural, and physical, differences inferred by the clothes. I loved the liberal touch of the woman out in front, head held high. A proud saunter. The serendipitous spacing of the two men and the boy worked out well. The contemporary father, entranced by something other than his son, who is blissfully enjoying the ocean. Just when you thought the mood was heavy along comes grandpa trying to figure out his smartphone; just steps away from watching his grandson go for a swim because he blindly walked in to him. :)
My first impression was more like this...the spacing of the people is perfect. Painfully bright. But I like it. I wonder why? "

Beautiful. Just like the last image of a movie where things continue the way they started, in a complete circle. |

walk the line. Johnny Cash. You can't get much deeper than that. I don't know where you found this cast of characters but I just love this picture. Love it. |

For some reason it makes me think of an aircraft carrier. And an unlikely crowd on an aircraft carrier. How she is heading off with purpose while they dilly-dally with their phones. Excellent. |

while the men are here in body only, and the woman is walking away, the kid is left alone to enjoy the scene. Great composition and contrast too. |
