| I think the idea and composition is great, but I think it needs to be a little bit stronger on the technical side. Would have loved to seee the face lit up more. |

| OK. it is neon. but quality, composition and feeling are quite bad. |

| Seems a lil blurry. Looks like it was saved way under 150kb; try and get it right under 150. |
