Very interesting detail, the color does not appeal. More of an abstract than anything else to me. |

PHEWWWWWWW......have not really looked quite this closely before.....reaffirms my crazy notions of the tiny being infinitesimally cosmic.....(sounds trippy I know ) BUT I went to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum once when I was much younger and they had a video display of the most current satellite pictures from outermost space.....the theme of the video was a zoom into earth from that outermost photograph/video they had and it went closer and closer to earth and then in as close as possible with photos of minute details from an electron microscope.....am I explaining this so you understand? ANYWAY...your shot looks like a BLACK HOLE!!!!! The beginning of "time" cosmic blast...whatever..... why does everything small look like something from outer space......... awesome! |

Very brave entry. A close up of the eye is not very flattering. At least I don't think it is but technics are great. |

It's an impressive macro, especially considering the subject is yourself but I have to say, the close-up details of an eyeball really freak me out with all the little blood vessels and things. Aesthetically, such detail makes me not want to view the image again. |
