| Nice composition and range of tones. Love being able to see the girl's upturned face -- wish I could see at least the mother's profile, too. |

| I would have liked to see it cropped in a little mor so we could see the child's face better, seeing an expression here would have been nice. Good photo overall though, perfect exposure, nice and sharp. |

| There is something so philosophical about this image. Perhaps it's that they're perched at the edge of the dark sand, which has been walked on, and she is imparting wisdom/warnings/encouragement to the little one about navigating uncharted territory |
