Just poking around in the forum threads and spotted the thumbnail in the Color Side Challenge. Lighting is great on your portrait. There is something though that makes the composition feel ...chopped...boxed in- that's it! The crop does not complement the face - in other words your face is long in the vertical length. A rectangular crop in the vertical would complement this portrait much better and allow it to shine all the more. Oh, and the piercing gaze - it soooo channels Steve Jobs iconic portrait - all you need is the thin circular eyeframe and you are set for next halloween;-)

You must see the world with a wonderful color filter, or so I imagined all my childhood about blue eyed people. I'm still envious.
