 On vacation in Washington DC and I see the new Open Challenge. I figured I might not be entering this challenge but I scrolled through the member list anyway. Lo and behold: 'DCPhoto'. I don't know that she's been very active lately, but it works.

Definitely thought this should have scored higher. Was my pick for a ribbon. Great detail and interest.

there is a lot of great detail in this image, it just feels like the image is flat. the sky looks too blue for the image as well. I do like the POV and colors of the building.

This is beautifully photographed; the details and lines have made me stop and look longer than expected. I likely would have scored you higher if the blues were toned down a little - they are quite vibrant and a bit distracting on my screen. As it is, I gave you 7 8; if the blues were more subtle it would have been 8 or 9.
