The sky looks ominous. My trigger happy contrast-adjusting finger would have a heyday with this (more contrast! more contrast! more contrast!) :) |

Really dig the tones in the clouds coming in. |

I would agree, perhaps right below the bushy grass in the front? I love the colors of this, and the storm certainly looks foreboding. |

Those clouds look scary, and you can see the white birds flying in them. |

Beautiful shot. You've caught the impending storm very well. |

Plenty of summer storms up your way so I̢۪m sure we can expect more storm shots from you. Personally, I love them. I do like the colour in the sky and how it contrasts against the grass. Nice. |

Welcome, jacko3d. Oddly enough, I have been to Makay.
Well, a long time ago in the '80s and visited, with friends, a nearby
mountaintop where hang gliders took off. Amazing sight and amazing view from there.
I do like this pastoral scene with the foreboding clouds overhead. If it
was mine, I'd probably crop out a bit of the grass in front to draw more
attention to the storm and horizon. |

Yup - that looks like the green green grass of Mackay! Nice processing without overcooking. |

nice mood - wish the animals were closer and more prominent in the frame. |

The critters in the field don't seem worried just yet, but those clouds are certainly a bit ominous! |

Those are some ominous looking clouds... nicely balance with the lush pastures. |

Welcome! Nice use of hdr! It has the impact, but not that typical overdone view. The white sheep (or are it goats?) are giving some nice contrast here. |

Welcome aboard!! The clouds form a great line leading to the horizon. Nice eye for that. It would be great to place a subject in the foreground for even more added interest. |

id crop out and inch of the bottom grass, no detail in it and distracts from the sky, could do with a little more definition in the clouds. is it square cropped? |

For a first photo on this site, and for a beginner, this is an interesting photo with good colour. I like the stormy clouds and the birds in the sky. Well done. |
