| The blur takes out the urge to focus on individual people and objects in the scene, reducing it to just the elemental feel of the street scene, sort of like being there, but not keenly interested in the details. Good stuff! |

| You could call it "Blur City", that has a ring to it. I saw the horsey too :-) |

| My initial reaction was that there was a horse in the front of this parade, but that was an illusion. Cool shot, plenty to look at (decipher). |
