I like the bold title, the image made me chuckle. Composition-wise it's a bit snapshotty but I quite like it anyway. I keep thinking that it might look better having been shot from a lower angle.

Good story here... only could have been better if that guy in green was carring a box out for the pile. This image might have done well in B&W, just to bring out some interest. Maybe find an angle halfway between the two main signs. The red sign could be a bit more legible, I had to strain to look, so it didn't immediately add a lot to the image.
